2022 LYON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS FAQS

FIRST THINGS FIRST:

WE ARE REACHING OUT TO YOU!
LOG INTO YOUR ELEVATE ACCOUNT AND MAKE SURE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS CORRECT.

How is the process of moving into the original campground layout going to be completed?

We are placing patrons in their campsites in three phases. The first phase will start on February 15th, the second phase begins February 21st, and the final phase begins March 3rd.

Phase 1: Patrons who have the same number of campsites in 2022 as 2021

You will be moved back into the sites you originally had in 2021. You will receive an email from Elevate Ticketing once your order is complete. You should receive your email by February 18th.

Phase 2: Patrons who either have more or fewer campsites in 2022 than they had in 2021

Elevate Ticketing will begin emailing forms to this group starting February 15th. You need to complete this form by February 21st. Once we receive your form, we will contact you to place you in your campsites. The sooner you complete your form the better! We will be contacting patrons in the order in which we receive their form.

Phase 3: Patrons new to 2022

Elevate Ticketing will begin emailing forms to this group starting February 21st. You need to complete this form by February 28th. The sooner you complete your form the better! We will be placing patrons in their campsites in the order in which we receive their form.

Please note all calls/emails requesting campsites will not be fulfilled until we complete this process. In order to receive a call or email from NITC, you must complete the correct form that is emailed to you by Elevate Ticketing.

How will I be contacted?

You will either be contacted via email or phone or both. Please log into your Elevate account and make sure all your contact information is correct.

Will someone be able to purchase my campsite from 2021?

All patrons who purchased campsites for NITC Nevada 2021/2022 events will have their original 2021 campsites placed on hold. This hold will stay in place until their corresponding phase is completed.

I purchased more campsites in 2022 than I did in 2021. Will you be able to accommodate my order?

We are adding additional campsites to accommodate you and will work with you to get your compound set for 2022. Please fill out the form emailed to you by Elevate Ticketing. Once we receive that form, we will contact you to get you placed in campsites.

I need to purchase a campsite. Will more become available for the 2022 festival?

Any additional campsites will not be available for purchase until we place all 2022 campsite holders into their new sites. We expect this process to be complete by March 10th. If there are additional campsites, they will go on sale at that time. For updates, sign up for our emails at the bottom of this page and follow Night in the Country Nevada on Facebook and Instagram.

What if I am no longer interested in attending the 2022 festival because of my new sites?

We are working hard to ensure groups stay together and everyone gets a campsite they want. If you are not satisfied with your campsite placement, you can request a refund. This process will be similar to the rollover process from 2020 to 2021. All refund requests must be done through the email you receive from Elevate Ticketing.

I called/emailed regarding my campsites. When will I hear back?

We ask that you wait for us to contact you. Please be patient. We are the largest country music festival in Northern Nevada, but behind the scenes we are a small operation of only a handful of people working for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mason Valley. We are reaching out one-by-one to every campsite holder via email and via phone if necessary. That takes time. We want to make sure everyone is taken care of.  All calls/emails requesting campsites will not be fulfilled until we complete the process of placing each campsite holder. We will ensure everyone who has a campsite for 2022 will be placed in a new spot. If we are unable to place you in a spot to your satisfaction, we will refund your money.

When will add-ons go on sale?

Campsite add-ons including pool fills will go on sale in March. These go quick, so make sure you are among the first to know when they become available. For updates on add-ons, sign up for our emails at the bottom of this page and follow Night in the Country Nevada on Facebook and Instagram.

When will Night in the Country Nevada move to its new home?

Site work at our new home on rural farmland in Yerington, Nevada has been delayed due to the construction labor and materials shortage facing Northern Nevada and the rest of the country. We hope to move to our new home by the 2024 festival. Until the site work is complete, we will remain at our original location on Pure Nevada farmland near the Lyon County Fairgrounds. We will keep everyone updated on our progress via email, on our website, and on our social media channels.

Why is Night in the Country Nevada moving from the Lyon County Fairgrounds?

We are working to move to a permanent home on a rural piece of farmland in Yerington, Nevada so we can start building toward the future and a better festival experience for you. For the past two decades, NITC Nevada has taken place on land generously donated to us by our supporters. Due to the nature of this donated property, each year NITC must plan around other potential events, harvest season, and has had to build the festival from the ground up in a matter of days and had to tear it down just as quickly. The stages, CLUB 149, the VIP Tent, the Country Cabanas, the bars, and other key pieces of the festival are all erected from scratch. Power for sound and water for your pool all has to be brought in. Thanks to the same supporters who have allowed us to temporarily use their land, we will soon have a permanent place to call home, and that means we can invest in infrastructure and experiences for festivalgoers. That includes streamlining Camp Check-In, creating easier access to the campgrounds, and building new daytime events. With our new home, we are free to build out the property specifically for NITC.
