*NOTE: Pool fills cards are mailed out with your Passes and campsites. To redeem your pool fill, present that card to a water truck.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR ADD-ON TICKETS
- Download the AXS Tickets app on your phone
- Log in to your AXS Account
- Click on the ticket icon
- Click on Night in the Country – Add Ons
- When you’re ready to get your add on, Show your AXS Mobile ID in the AXS app to scan
HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR ADD-ON TICKETS
- Click the TRANSFER button under Night in the Country – Add Ons in your AXS app
- Choose which add-on ticket(s) you want to transfer then fill in the name and email address of the recipient
- The person receiving the transferred add-on ticket(s) will receive an email from AXS confirming the transfer and prompting them to download the AXS app
- To access the transferred add-on ticket(s), the recipient will need to download the AXS Tickets app
- If they don’t already have an AXS account, they can create one in the AXS app using the email address provided for the transfer
