YOUR PASSES

Keep your wristbands and decals safe til the event!

FESTIVAL PASSES

Distribute wristbands and decals to their rightful owners. Refrain from putting on or tightening your wristband until you arrive as it cannot be loosened once tightened. When putting on your wrisband, slide it over your right wrist and hold both ends. Secure the clasp, leaving about one finger’s width of space. Avoid over-tightening as adjustments cannot be made later. Remember, a replacement wristband costs $20.

CAMPING DECALS

Adhere your camping decals to the inside of your windshield on the driver’s side of your vehicle. Decals do not need to be registered.

The Grange offers two Will Call locations. One is at Festival Check-In and one is at the Main Concert Entry Gate.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED

When you are packing for your legendary weekend here are some items to leave at home.  Remember we search every vehicle upon entry.

  • No fireworks/sparklers and incendiary devices
  • No Chinese lanterns
  • No tiki torches
  • No fuel operated lanterns
  • No charcoal BBQ’s
  • No charcoal fire pits or propane fire pits
  • No supplies for campfires
  • No pets – NITC complies with all state and federal laws in regards to service animals
  • No weapons (guns or knives)
  • No fire arms, ammunition or empty or full magazines.
  • No axes or hatchets
  • No drones or remote control aircraft
  • No drugs & drug paraphernalia
  • No medical and recreational marijuana
  • No golf carts, motorized conveyances, off road vehicles, autonomous vehicles, or dirt bikes
  • No focused light beams (laser pointers) or light beam devices
  • No flyers, stickers, or posters
  • No spray paint or giant markers
  • No kegs
  • No glass bottles including hard alcohol and beer bottles
  • No art cars
  • No Adult Entertainment Poles

ITEMS RECOMMENDED

Remember to pack

  • 5 gallons of water on hand
  • Fire extinguisher
  • Small condiment jars
  • Extra shoes
  • Earplugs (for sleeping)
  • Sweater/Hoodie ( it gets chilly at night)
  • Bug Spray
  • Hat for shade
  • A Bandanna ( sometimes the wind kicks up)
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Soap, detergents, and shampoo
  • Toilet Paper
  • Lantern / flashlight / headlamp (and extra batteries!!)
  • Pedal Bikes – this will help you out during the day!!

ITEMS ALLOWED

  • Propane grills, gas BBQ’s and pellet BBQ’s
  • Dinner knives and small steak knives
  • Small camping pocket knives
  • Small condiment jars
  • Small glass mixing bowls or cooking bowls
  • Camping cooking utensils

ALCOHOL LIMITS

Night in the Country would like you to party responsibly so there is a set limit on the amount of alcohol you can bring in.  We will seize ALL excessive amounts of alcohol.  Excessive means anything over the allotted amount listed below.

  • Each patron who is 21 and over is allowed to bring in a total of three (3) bulk items. Two (2) can be a beer or malt beverage and one (1) of hard alcohol.
    • A bulk item is defined as one (1) case (36 cans) of beer or malt beverage or one (1) 4 liter box of wine. Hard alcohol is one (1) 1.75 liter plastic bottle of hard alcohol.
    • Remember NO glass containers or kegs

VENTING OF GENERATORS

All generators must be properly vented away from sleeping units including tents and RVs. Generators must be separated from tents by a minimum of 20 feet. If you have an onboard generator, consider buying a generator exhaust kit to route the CO2 out of your own and surrounding campsites. Please ensure that your RV is equipped with a working carbon monoxide detector.

 

RV AND TENT CAMPING INFORMATION

  • The Trails, The Walker and The Basin are reserved 20×45 ft campsites
  • The Reviglio Range and The Summit are reserved 20×40 ft campsites

There are no full hookups on site. Dry camping only. Once you have purchased a site, you will be required to camp in that campsite. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Each camp site is allowed one steering wheel per site. We do NOT allow more than one camp trailer or vehicle per site.
  • All tents, camp trailers, and vehicles must fit in the desginated space and if not an additional campsite will be required. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Grange campgrounds are on farmland. All campsites will have harvested remnants of hay product to help with dust mitigation and ground compaction.

THE TRAILS
CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES

Please be considerate of your neighbor and observe the established quiet time of Midnight to 8AM. Talking, singing, radios, televisions, etc. must be kept at a volume that will not disturb other campers.

  • RV’s planning on using their generators must have a generator exhaust venting system in place. Please remember to turn off your generators as well so your neighbor can rest.
  • No amplified PA systems
  • No DJ’s or sound systems
  • Unruly campers or those causing problems will be removed from the festival grounds and/or arrested.

THE WALKER, THE BASIN, REVIGLIO RANGE
& THE SUMMIT

Enjoy the party until 3AM each night. Quiet hours are 3AM to 7AM

AGE VERIFICATION

Age verification wristbands will expire each day. Get your day started by getting a new band by the Main Entrance. 18+ wristbands are needed for Full Moon Saloon access.

DRINK TICKETS

No need to carry a bunch of cash inside the Concert Venue or wait in lines. To help keep it simple and the lines short, bars only accept Drink Tickets. Drink Tickets can be purchased at our Drink Ticket Booths around the venue. These Booths accept cash and credit cards.

This is a festival-wide experience with themed events and your chance to show off your camp creativity for awesome prizes and NITC infamy! The power to pick the winners is in the hands of the fans. The top 3 will win trophies to show off at their campsite year after year, Passes for NITCNV 2025, merch, their names permanently displayed on the Night in the Country Nevada website, and the grand prize winner will be featured on the Jumbotrons during the concerts!
