Keep your wristbands and decals safe til the event!

FESTIVAL PASSES

Distribute wristbands and decals to their rightful owners. Refrain from putting on or tightening your wristband until you arrive as it cannot be loosened once tightened. When putting on your wrisband, slide it over your right wrist and hold both ends. Secure the clasp, leaving about one finger’s width of space. Avoid over-tightening as adjustments cannot be made later. Remember, a replacement wristband costs $25.

REGISTER YOUR WRISTBANDS

There are two ways to register your wristband:
  1. Download the NITC App, click “Register Wristband,” and enter the code found on the back of your wristband
  2. Click REGISTER YOUR PASSES and enter the code found on the back of your wristband

Important: Each wristband must be registered to the attendee and match their photo ID.

Once your wristband is registered, you are all set. Simply scan your wristband at the gates for entry.

CAMPING DECALS

Adhere your camping decals to the inside of your windshield on the driver’s side of your vehicle. Decals do not need to be registered.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable festival experience, all attendees entering the Main Venue are subject to a bag and container search at the front gates. Patrons will also be required to pass through an open gate security checkpoint and may be subject to a pat-down search.

ALCOHOL LIMITS

Night in the Country would like you to party responsibly so there is a set limit on the amount of alcohol you can bring in. We will seize ALL excessive amounts of alcohol. Excessive means anything over the allotted amount listed below.

Each patron who is 21 and over is allowed to bring in a total of three (3) bulk items. Two (2) can be a beer or malt beverage.  One (1) can be hard alcohol. 

A bulk item is defined as one (1) case (36 cans) of beer or malt beverage.  One (1) 4-liter box of wine.  One (1) 1.75-liter plastic bottle of hard alcohol. 

Prohibited Items: 🚫 Glass containers. ❌ Kegs. ❌ Any excessive amounts of alcohol beyond the set limit.

VENTING OF GENERATORS

VENT GENERATORS AWAY FROM SLEEPING UNITS

All generators must be properly vented away from sleeping units including tents and RVs. Generators must be separated from tents by a minimum of 20 feet.

GET A GENERATOR EXHAUST KIT

If you have an onboard generator, consider buying a generator exhaust kit to route the CO2 out of your own and surrounding campsites.

INSTALL A CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR

Please ensure that your RV is equipped with a working carbon monoxide detector.

DRY CAMPING

There are no full hookups on site. Dry camping only.

RESERVED CAMPSITES

All campsites require a reservation. Once you have purchased a site, you will be required to camp in that campsite. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All tents, camp trailers, and vehicles must fit in the desginated space and if not an additional campsite will be required. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ONE STEERING WHEEL PER SITE

Each camp site is allowed one steering wheel per site. We do NOT allow more than one camp trailer or vehicle per site.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The Grange campgrounds are on farmland. All campsites will have harvested remnants of hay product to help with dust mitigation and ground compaction.

Please be considerate of your neighbors and observe the established quiet time of midnight to 8AM. Talking, singing, radios, televisions, etc. must be kept at a volume that will not disturb other campers.

TRASH SERVICES
We’re on farmland, and we need your help to keep it clean!
  • Set your trash bags near the road in front of your campsite each night.
  • D&S Waste will come through early morning on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning to grab it for you. Heads up, they are rolling through before the sun comes up!
  • If we miss you, please take your trash bags to the nearest dumpster.
  • Anything left behind will be considered garbage and will be disposed of.

Your camping add-ons and upgraded festival experiences will be uploaded to the FREE Night in the Country app in mid-July so you can redeem them right from your phone.

POOL FILLS

Pool Fill cards must be picked up at Will Call. To redeem your pool fill, present that card to a water truck.

United Site Services has all pre-booked reservations of RV Pumps & Fills. They will be by your campsite the day of  your reservation.

Vehicles with parking passes will not be allowed into the campgrounds to unload or drop off items. Please plan accordingly.

Physical Parking Pass

Parking passes purchased online before the shipping deadline will be mailed as a window decal.

If purchased after the shipping deadline, your parking pass must be picked up at Will Call.

Display Instructions

Place the decal on the inside of the driver’s side windshield.

After purchase, an AXS QR code will be available in your account.

Upon arrival:

The Single-Day Parking Lot is located on the northeast side of the property. Follow directional signage upon arrival.

Do not follow signs to Festival Check-In, as Single-Day Parking is located in a separate area.

Clearly marked shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations will be available in each parking area. Hop on when you’re ready to head into the festival and catch a ride back when you’re ready to leave.

ADA Parking

Night in the Country provides a limited number of ADA parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.

To use these spaces, you must display a valid government-issued disability placard, sticker, or license plate. In compliance with Nevada law, the individual to whom the placard or plate was issued must be in the vehicle during arrival or actively being picked up/dropped off.

Available Parking Areas

  • Premier Parking Lot: A limited number of ADA spots are available directly within this lot.
  • Single-Day Parking Lot: If the Premier ADA spots are full, you may park in the Single-Day lot. A limited number of ADA spaces are marked off at the very front of this area.

Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttles are available from the Single-Day lot to transport you safely to the festival venue.

Mobility Device Policy
Night in the Country welcomes guests of all abilities. To ensure a safe and enjoyable festival, please review our mobility device guidelines.
